Welcome to Advice Bazaar. By accessing or using our platform you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Using the platform

Advice Bazaar connects advice-seekers with independent experts (“Advisors”). You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information to use the service.

2. Bookings & payments

Payments for consultations are processed securely via our payment partner. Prices are shown before checkout. Clients pay a 3% transaction fee on top of the listed price, which covers payment processing.

3. Platform commission

Advice Bazaar charges advisors a flat commission on completed sales, with no set-up fee and no subscription. The rate does not depend on how the client found the advisor.

• Up to 6 August 2026: commission of 20% of the listed price; the advisor received 80%.
• From 7 August 2026 onward: commission of 10% of the listed price; the advisor receives 90%.

Each booking is governed by the rate in force on the date the booking was made. Bookings made before 7 August 2026 keep the earlier rate, and amounts already recorded or paid out are not changed retrospectively.

4. Advisor responsibilities

Advisors are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles and for delivering booked sessions. Advice provided is the advisor’s own and not endorsed by Advice Bazaar.

5. Refunds

Eligible sessions are covered by our Money-Back Guarantee. See our Refunds & Cancellation policy for details.

6. Limitation of liability

Advice Bazaar is a marketplace and is not liable for the outcomes of any consultation. The platform is provided on an “as is” basis.
